Waters Edge

Turtles are some of the oldest creatures to swim the oceans of the world. Turtles symbolize perseverance, longevity, healing, and tranquility. The journey begins when a turtle lays her eggs in the sand. From there, the fate of her young is completely out of her control, as she returns to the ocean. When a turtle hatches, the most treacherous journey begins as they struggle to get to the waters edge, before they succumb to their doom. Very few turtles survive, but they persevere with one common goal-to reach the ocean.

Inspiration

Turtles are inspiring in a way that despite all odds they never give up. The scars of their past remind us of perseverance and healing. A turtle reminds us that despite the challenges of today, we will heal and survive bringing on another tomorrow.
